  Please don't go to a yin class/deep stretch class without doing your research if you suffer from PTSD or panic and anxiety disorder.
  I wasn't aware of how triggering it would be for PTSD and anxiety especially as I've never seen a warning for this anywhere.
  Some teachers are so careless when it comes to this when touching students for adjustments even when I ticked off not to be touched well it doesn't seem to make a difference!
  Yoga teachers need to be sensitive to these conditions and aware that anyone in their class very well could have trauma they have not disclosed for their personal reasons and privacy..Also with shutting down the eyes this can be very stressful so please give all students the option to just lower their gaze instead..
  The others classes I've been to have ranged from ok to good but some more windows would also be much nice since the studio is very stuffy and a little bit claustrophobic too..
